1. Purpose
This Access & Usage Policy (“Policy”) sets clear expectations for how each user (“User”) may access and use the digital training products (“Courses”), platform features, and support services provided by Racesleader.com (“we”, “our”, “us”). By registering an account, purchasing a Course, or accessing any part of the platform, the User agrees to comply with this Policy in full.
2. Account Creation & Security
2.1 Eligibility – Accounts may be created only by individuals who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
2.2 Accuracy of Information – Users must supply truthful, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
2.3 Credentials – The User is solely responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under their account. Compromised credentials must be reported immediately to info@racext.com.
3. License Grant
3.1 Upon confirmed payment, the User receives a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and view the purchased Course(s) for educational purposes only.
3.2 No ownership rights are granted. All intellectual‑property rights remain with Racesleader.com or its licensors.
4. Access Duration
4.1 The purchased Course content is available with lifetime access. The User may view the learning materials and use official download links for personal study, subject to this Policy.
4.2 The online exam must be completed within 12 months of the purchase date. This exam deadline does not end access to the Course content.
5. Permitted Uses
Users may:
- View video lessons, read PDFs, and complete assessments for personal skill development.
- Download resources explicitly marked as downloadable (e.g., worksheets, checklists) for personal use.
- Ask questions in designated support channels reasonably related to the Course topic.
6. Prohibited Uses
Users may not:
- Share, sell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise transfer access credentials, Course files, or streaming links to any third party.
- Record, scrape, capture, or download videos using browser extensions, screen recorders, or automated tools unless an official download link is provided.
- Display Course content in classrooms, workshops, corporate trainings, or any group setting without a separate multi‑user license agreement.
- Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or create derivative works of the platform code or content.
- Use the support service in a manner that is abusive, harassing, or unrelated to the Course material.
- Engage in any unlawful, defamatory, or infringing activities while using the platform.
7. Support Usage Guidelines
7.1 Technical and educational support is provided via email and WhatsApp for questions directly related to the Course.
7.2 Excessive or inappropriate use (spam, off‑topic inquiries, repeated demands for services beyond scope) may result in limitation or suspension of support.
8. Suspension & Termination
8.1 Violation of this Policy, the Terms & Conditions, or any applicable law may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the User account without refund.
8.2 Racesleader.com reserves the right to take appropriate legal action when necessary, including pursuing civil or criminal remedies.
9. Updates to Content & Platform
We may update, replace, or remove Course modules, platform features, or downloadable materials at any time to improve quality, ensure accuracy, or adapt to technological changes. Updates to the purchased Course content are included at no additional cost with lifetime content access.
10. Policy Changes
We may amend this Policy periodically. Changes become effective 7 days after publication. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
