1. Agreement and Acceptance

• Content – All educational or informational material made available by Racesleader.com.
• Private Certificate – A certificate of participation issued upon successful completion of the relevant assessment; it has no academic or legal standing.
• Services – Platform functionality, email/WhatsApp support, member areas, forums, and any other features provided by Racesleader.com.

3. Scope of the Agreement

3.1 Racesleader.com provides access to Content strictly for educational purposes (“as‑is”).
3.2 Courses do not confer state‑recognized professional licenses, certifications, or legal authority to perform mechanical or electrical work on third‑party vehicles.

4. Eligibility

4.1 Only individuals who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction may register.
4.2 Providing false or incomplete information will result in immediate suspension of the account.

5. Registration and Account Security

5.1 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
5.2 Sharing accounts or Content with third parties constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

6. Prices, Taxes, and Payments

6.1 Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
6.2 Accepted payments: credit/debit cards and PayPal via PCI‑DSS‑compliant gateways.
6.3 Any applicable digital taxes or withholding will be calculated at checkout.

7. Digital Delivery and Course Access

7.1 Access to digital Content is generally immediate upon payment confirmation.
7.2 Racesleader.com is not liable for delays due to network outages, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure.
7.3 Users have 12 months from purchase to attempt Course assessments an unlimited number of times.

8. Withdrawal Right and Refund Policy

8.1 A 30‑day “money‑back guarantee” applies to all Courses.
8.2 Because Content is digital, the statutory right of withdrawal is waived once streaming or download begins.
8.3 Refund requests must be emailed to support@racesleader.com within 30 days of purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All Content is protected by copyright and other proprietary rights.
9.2 Users receive a personal, non‑exclusive, revocable license for private educational use only.
9.3 Copying, recording, distributing, or reselling Content without written permission is prohibited.

10. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
a) sharing credentials or granting unauthorized access;
b) using Content for illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent purposes;
c) reverse engineering any part of the Site;
d) attempting to breach Site security;
e) using screen recorders, browser extensions, or automated tools to download course materials.

11. User‑Generated Content (UGC)

11.1 UGC must be lawful and must not infringe third‑party rights.
11.2 By submitting UGC, the User grants Racesleader.com a worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and display such materials within the community.

12. Professional Disclaimers

12.1 Techniques shown are educational examples only; any mechanical or electrical work should be performed only on the User’s own vehicles or under qualified supervision.
12.2 Racesleader.com disclaims all liability for harm to persons, vehicles, or property arising from improper application of the Content.

13. No Guarantee of Results

13.1 Professional, financial, or employment outcomes depend on individual effort; Racesleader.com makes no guarantees of any specific results.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1 In no event will Racesleader.com be liable for indirect, consequential, or profit losses.
14.2 Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the relevant Course.

15. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Racesleader.com from any claim, cost, or damage resulting from violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

16. Changes to the Terms

16.1 Racesleader.com may update these Terms at any time; changes become effective 7 days after posting.
16.2 Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

17. Suspension and Termination

17.1 Material breaches may result in suspension or termination without refund.
17.2 Provisions relating to copyright, liability limitations, and indemnification survive termination.

18. Force Majeure

Racesleader.com will not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, network outages, pandemics, cyber‑attacks).

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Dubai.

20. Alternative Dispute Resolution

Consumers may access the EU ODR platform; participation in ADR is evaluated case‑by‑case at Racesleader.com’s discretion.

21. Miscellaneous

21.1 Severability – If any clause is invalid, the remainder remains in force.
21.2 Assignment – Racesleader.com may assign this Agreement; Users may not assign without written consent.
21.3 Entire Agreement – These Terms supersede all prior written or oral agreements.

23. User Tax and Legal Responsibility

23.3 Racesleader.com does not provide legal or tax advice and accepts no responsibility for the User’s obligations.
23.4 The User agrees to indemnify Racesleader.com from any claims or disputes arising from their failure to comply with applicable laws.

24. Support Use Limitation

24.1 Technical and educational support via email or WhatsApp is included with Course access.
24.2 Excessive, abusive, or inappropriate use of support channels may result in limitation or suspension of support services at Racesleader.com’s sole discretion.

25. Marketing Communications Consent

25.1 By enrolling in a Course, the User agrees to receive emails related to course updates, new modules, or promotional offers.
25.2 The User may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

26. No Group or Enterprise Use

26.1 All Courses are licensed for individual personal use only.
26.2 Group, corporate, or institutional use of any Content requires a separate multi-user license agreement with Racesleader.com.
