1. Purpose

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which Racesleader.com (“we”, “our”, “us”) issues refunds for all digital courses (“Courses”) purchased through our website.

2. 30‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee

2.1 We offer an unconditional 30‑day money‑back guarantee on every Course.
2.2 The 30‑day period begins on the exact date and time the purchase is confirmed by our payment gateway.

3. Digital‑Content Exception

3.1 Courses are delivered as streaming and downloadable digital content. Under most consumer‑protection laws, the right of withdrawal may be forfeited once digital content is accessed.
3.2 By starting the stream or download, you acknowledge and consent to the immediate performance of the contract and waive any statutory cooling‑off period.

4. Eligibility Criteria

A refund will be granted if all the following conditions are met:

  • The request is submitted within 30 calendar days of purchase.
  • The User has not completed more than 20 % of video content OR taken the final assessment.
  • No Private Certificate has been issued for the Course in question.
  • The User has not previously abused the refund policy (see Section 9).

5. How to Request a Refund

5.1 Send an email to info@racext.com with:

  1. Full name and email used for the order.
  2. Order number and purchase date.
  3. Reason for the refund (optional but helps us improve).
    5.2 We may request additional verification to confirm identity and ownership of the account.

6. Processing Time and Method

6.1 Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the same payment method used for purchase.
6.2 Processing times depend on your card issuer or PayPal; we cannot expedite their timelines.
6.3 Currency conversions, bank fees, or transaction charges applied by third‑party providers are non‑refundable and outside our control.

7. Non‑Refundable Items

  • Access fees paid to third‑party platforms or tools outside Racesleader.com.
  • Government‑imposed taxes or duties, if any.
  • Any Course in which the Private Certificate has already been issued.

8. Chargebacks

8.1 Initiating a chargeback instead of requesting a refund may result in permanent account suspension and loss of access to all future purchases.
8.2 We reserve the right to dispute unjustified chargebacks and provide evidence (logs, IP addresses, access data) to the payment processor.

9. Abuse of Refund Policy

Users who abuse the refund system (multiple refunds, excessive consumption of content before refund, or suspected piracy) will:

  • lose eligibility for future refunds,
  • have their account permanently terminated,
  • and may face legal action for breach of Terms and intellectual‑property infringement.

10. Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems preventing access to the Course (e.g., login, video playback), contact info@racext.com immediately. Our support team will attempt resolution within 48 hours. Refund requests due to technical issues will be considered only after reasonable troubleshooting.

11. Course Upgrades & Bundles

11.1 If you upgrade from a single Course to a higher‑tier bundle, the original purchase will be deducted from the bundle price; refunds are not issued on partial components once upgraded.

12. Amendments to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect 7 days after posting on this page. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
